10 Jun COCONUT & AVOCADO POPS, INFUSED WITH SKINNY MINT HERBAL TEA

Ingredients (5 pops)
1 avocado
200 ml coconut water
1 Skinny Mint teabag – Morning Boost
5 basil leaves

for (natural) colouring (you want your pops to be super green)
100 ml almond (or coconut) milk
handful off fresh spinach

Method
Bring coconut water to a boil and add the teabag, simmer for 5 minutes. Let it cool. In the meantime use a hand blender to combine the almond milk (or coconut water) with the spinach. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until everything is thoroughly combined. Fill popsicle moulds (including wooden ice-cream sticks) with mixture and place in freezer for four hours, or until completely frozen.
